The automatic slicer Model 350 is made of aluminum alloy treated with anodic oxidation.
The base for machine automation is made of stainless steel and is equipped with an intuitive slice counter.
Carriage movement is automatic with fixed speed and variable carriage stroke.
The machine is fitted as standard with a third-generation blade suitable for slicing cured meats and cheese.
The cutting thickness regulator ranges from 0 to 16 mm, is highly sensitive, and allows precise decimal adjustment.
