Heating methods significantly affect food quality and shelf life. Flexeserve uses convection heat technology, rather than outdated contact heat, that will continue to cook products whilst on display. Display offers a gentler heat that provides a more consistent and stable environment, extending shelf life and preserving food integrity – no more soggy chips and hard pastry bases.
Zone Temperature Control
Each shelf or “zone” is independently temperature-controlled, to offer greater menu variety. As each shelf is set to the optimal temperature for the products displayed, food integrity is maintained and shelf life is increased – preserving the true taste and texture of the food.
Each shelf can be switched off individually when not in use, leading to reduced power costs.
