A super-fast meat grinder equipped with a functional grater for hard cheeses, bread, biscuits, and dried fruit.
The body and mouth of the machine are made of polished aluminum, but the machine can be equipped with a stainless steel mincing unit upon request.
The meat inlet is Ø 56 mm, and the gear reducer is in an oil bath.
The meat grinder is equipped with an enterprise system: a stainless steel plate with a 6 mm hole and a self-threading stainless steel knife.
The grater section consists of a polished aluminum mouth, a stainless steel roller, a lower protective grille, and a microswitch on the presser lever.
