Cast alloy structure, entirely covered in stainless steel. Self-ventilated motors. Speed reducer made of 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in a sealed oil-bath box.
Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. A simple turn of a lever disengages the mincing unit. All parts of the machines can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
SAFE: Compliant with European and international standards. Motor and controls with IP 45 protection rating, equipped with reverse gears and a CE-compliant meat inlet.
