The potato peeler and onion peeler are constructed entirely of stainless steel and equipped with all the most modern safety devices. The CE version, in compliance with European Economic Community safety standards, is equipped with an electric control panel with a 24-volt circuit board, safety microswitches on both the door and lid, and a red mushroom-shaped emergency stop button.
The machines are equipped with a belt-driven speed reducer, and the multi-grip belt is quiet, safe, and easy to adjust.
The transparent glass lid allows the operator to monitor the processing.
The automatic water drain and fill device has a diameter of 50 mm for the potato peeler and a diameter of 70 mm for the onion peeler.
The potato peeler's plate is made of silicon carbon or aluminum, while the onion peeler's plate is coated with very fine granules and rotates 20% slower than the potato peeler's.
The multigrip strap is silent, safe and easy to adjust.
