Extremely robust, reliable, and safe, easy to handle and use, the five stainless steel bone saws available—SO/SM 1650, SO/SM 1860, SO/SM 2080, SO/SM 2460, and SO/SM 3160—are the ideal tool for processing all types of meat, fresh or frozen.
Our bone saws are ideal for butcher shops and meat processing plants, as well as fishmongers, restaurants, and canteens.
Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the machines are equipped with a meat pusher and portioner.
To ensure maximum safety, in compliance with EC regulations, the machines are equipped with electrical and mechanical safety systems: a 24-volt control panel and watertight electrical components.
They can be equipped with a sliding table upon request.
