Customized production only: dimensions and burners’ disposition are chosen by the client. Special stove for all kinds of cooking: oriental thanks to high performance burners with vertical flame that heathens the pan uniformly, allowing a fast and complete cooking, just like in Chinese kitchens; traditional with traditional burners. Burners (1 to 12) can be chosen among: cast iron atmospheric burners with vertical flame (C KW 9,5- T KW 14,0- S KW 21,0) equipped with gas safety valve, pilot flame and thermocouple. Cast iron, chromium-plated traditional burners (P KW 3,0 - M KW 4,5 - G KW 7,5) equipped with gas safety valve, pilot flame and thermocouple. Pre-mixing radiant infra-red burner (B KW 35,0 110 Ac230V / 50Hz). Burners can be removed for an easier cleaning and maintaining. Structure in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel AISI 304 18/10. Stainless steel AISI 304 18/10, reinforced cooking top (thickness: 2,5 mm.), available in two models: with runner with cleaning system consisting in a front row of water sprays, by a small column with knob in the front, and by a drainage channel. Wall model. Removable drip-pan under the burners. Wok support rings (CERCHIO/CC) for C-T-S -B burners, built in black enamelled cast iron. Round grids (GRIGLIA/CC) for C-T-S burners built in black enamelled cast iron. Squared grids (GRIGLIA/EUR) for P-M-G burners built in black enamelled cast iron. Adjustable legs of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. CE/IMQ conformity certification.
