The Valentine CORE2200 is a Swiss-made, twin-tank electric fryer. With its total capacity of 14-16 litres and output of up to 46kg per hour, it is perfect for a wide variety of catering establishments and kitchens.
Considered to be Valentine's entry level twin tank model, the CORE2200 has all of the same features that you would expect from the Swiss manufacturer. Its tank is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel, the heating elements pivot to help with the cleaning process, and each tank has a small cool zone, which reduces the amount of oil needed to cook with.
