The Valentine CORE2525T is a twin tank, twin basket electric fryer that is capable of outputting up to 72kg per hour, thanks to an upgraded heating element.
Part of the CORE range of Swiss-manufactured electric fryers, the 2525T's tank is individually pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel. This approach enables Valentine to create a rounded, visually attractive unit that is free from any welded or bolted joints. A benefit of this design is that the tank is much easier to clean and maintain than other models.
Also, the fryer features a small cool zone. This ensures that less oil is required during the cooking process, which in turn lowers operating costs.
Like all Valentine fryers, the CORE2525T has a pivoting heating element, drain valve and a storage area.
